Problem Statement

The existing site had outdated brand information, slow load times, lacked a cohesive visual identity, and did not provide personalized user experiences

My Role

As the UI/UX designer, I led the entire redesign process, focusing on improving site performance, creating a cohesive brand identity, and implementing personalized listings for courses, accommodations, and scholarships. I collaborated closely with the founders, stakeholders, and the product manager to ensure the effective placement of key features
